What does the design process look like when working with you?
Kick-off & briefing – We define the goals, target audience, scope, and timeline via video call or chat. Concept & sketches – I create mood boards and initial sketches, which we review together. Design phase – Once approved, I move forward with detailed design work. Feedback & revisions – You provide input, I refine the work accordingly. Final delivery – After the final polish, I deliver all assets along with a concise hand-off document. The process is structured, transparent, and flexible—your input is always welcome.

How many revision rounds are included in a project?
My standard package includes one revision round. Further or late-stage changes are no problem and can be added at an hourly rate or via a cost-effective revision bundle. That way you get precisely the level of polish your project needs—transparently and without hidden fees.

How does payment work? Do you require deposits?
Projects are formalised in writing and invoiced. For engagements above 350,00€ I request a 50% deposit before kick-off; the balance is due upon final approval. Smaller jobs are invoiced in full on delivery. Bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe are all accepted.
